Ágnes Pulinka

I believe that the first step is facing reality, both on the individual, on the social and also on the organizational level. For that very reason, do I start all my projects with diagnosis: to understand, together with the customer, what the situation is (there and then), what is really needed. I consider myself primarily an organization diagnostician. I like to work with managers, who are not afraid look in the mirror, even better, are capable to overcome this most natural and human fear. I believe, that all humans are fated to evolve, and thus to change continuously. My dearest topic is change management, and it was especially hard to see otherwise excellent projects fail because this activity had not been tailored to the organization, and had been superficial and stereotypical (if any).

Blacky

Blacky was returned multiple times to the infamous shelter on Illatos street before the foundation called “Vigyél haza!” helped us find him. An elegant, beautiful mixture of border collie and gordon setter with amazing energy and dynamism. Supposedly, his former owners were not able to handle these. Faithful, mindful, knows how to love and be loved.
